What RWHP can I expect to make?

Right now it has Flowmaster Hushpower on it, but I plan to switch to Borla S-type. Also I'm going to get a tuner and intake. I need to keep the warranty so I dont want to do much else.

Where would these mods put me and If I wanted to get 425 to the wheels what would I need?

I think you'll get around 400. When my brother dynoed the g8 his buddy with an 11 gt and just a tune made 389. But that was a dyno tune so might be differen

You should check to see if a tune would void the warranty. The newer Mustang now keep track how many times the pcm had been flashed you can't just reflash back to stock.

depends on the tune. Some tunes can result in over 400hp to the wheels on an otherwise stock car. Is the Borla system a full system or just mufflers?

Your warrenty is void as soon as you put the tune on the car. It's not like the previous generations where you could just reflash it to stock and take it back to the dealer for work. The PCM keeps a record of the previous tunes and once it's been flashed with something aftermarket the warrenty goes down the shitter.

whether a dealer will honor a warranty after modification really depends on the staff at your service department. technically, it does void the warranty. but not all service advisors and/or managers listen to the book. there is one dealer in town that refused to service any part of my Focus because of the supercharger. went to a different dealer and they were more than happy to honor the vehicle's original warranty. they would even service items related to the supercharger, although i did have to pay for some of that as certain parts were obviously not OEM.

it would be best to call your service department and get their take on it. some know that certain modifications dont necessarily impact the vehicles health or serviceability. some will still honor the warranty but will make you revert the car back to stock for liability reasons.

you can also keep your warranty intact if you use Ford Racing parts and have the work performed by the dealer. not all dealers provide this service however.
