Ordered the car in 94 with the V6 knowing some day it would have a SC motor in it. Still under warranty when I pulled the 3.8 and started working on the SC swap. Last dyno was 400rwhp 450tq on 15psi. Power goes through a 2010 Camaro tremec TR6060 that I adapted back is 2011. It’s fun dead nuts reliable and gets 25mpg on the highway and 18-19 around town. Swapping in a built 8.8 with 3.73 gears to replace the 8.8 with 3.27s I have had for years with the T5. This should bump up my highway MPG, shooting for 30MPG.

That’s pretty sweet. I did the Super Coupe swap on a 1998 v6 I had years ago. It was a tough build. The lower intercooler pipe hit the break booster lines on the driver’s side, I had to extend my factory wiring harness, I had to add proper pigtails to the wiring harness, I had to add a transmission cooler, I had to custom make a throttle cable bracket for the 1995 GT throttle body that I used, I had to custom make an intake, I had to customize the metal pipe that came out of the top of the water pump (it hit one of the belts), and that’s just the major stuff.
