You can but it would be cheaper to put the whole motor in because you would have to replace head gaskets and head bolts to swap the top end. You would also nedd to have the heads checked for straightness and with it being a 95 it probably would not be straight. It would cost about 200 to do the top end swap. You will also get more power with the other engine.
